Hey poodles:) Hopefully y'all are having a fabulous Saturday night! I wanted to share a little beauty secret that I use to maintain long healthy locks! As you all know I do hot yoga 24/7 & recently found out that the heat can be damaging to your hair:( Coconut oil has been my go-to product when it comes to conditioning my hair. You can use it on wet or dry hair & even do a deep conditioning treatment. This is great on the days that I don't feel like blow drying & straightening my hair. I simply put a dab of coconut oil in the palm of my hand & run it thru each strand with my fingertips. It doesn't take much-a little goes a long way. The coconut oil tames the frizz & leaves you with healthy, shiny locks:) Coconut oil has many health benefits: It's great to substitute for your regular cooking oil, good for the skin & prevents wrinkles!
